We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Team Member to join our team. Join this friendly and inclusive work environment, where there is a supportive team culture and your input is valued. Full-time - 35 hours a week, year round Whilst the primary requirements of the role will be to meet the gardening and grounds needs of the school, there will also be a requirement to carry out various other duties as required. These may include, basic maintenance jobs and assisting other grounds and maintenance staff in carrying out their duties (particularly in times of staff absence) and the provision of the occasional delivery and collection using the school van or minibus. Examples of this would include preparation for sports day and transportation of equipment to school expeditions.
* The successful applicant will have a flexible, enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work alone. It is also essential candidates demonstrate a passion for gardening and landscaping.
The successful applicant will also have a full, clean driving licence.
