Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Content Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, delivering social media posts and maintaining efficient office procedures. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and excellent communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining scheduling/diary management and handling general inquiries.
2. Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records for tenancies.
3. Create and coordinate social media posts and adverts across multiple platforms.
4. Assist with delivering sitewide signage.
5. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
6. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents using Google Suite.
7. Provide clerical support including filing, scanning, and document management.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Skills
1. Proficient in computerised office applications including Google Suite and Meta Business.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
3. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication.
4. Attention to detail in administrative tasks and data entry processes.
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
