Role Outline\n\nWellbeing Advisor/Physiologist\nLocation: Nottingham (with nationwide travel to client sites)\nHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (8am–6pm)\nRequirements: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Deliver on-site health screenings, wellness roadshows, and chronic disease management programs.\n\n * \n\n Provide evidence-based health coaching, tailored to individual risk factors (e.g., blood biomarkers, adiposity).\n\n * \n\n Design and implement personalised action plans to support sustainable lifestyle changes.\n\n * \n\n Interpret clinical data, assess risks, and escalate cases to medical professionals where needed.\n\n * \n\n Lead health promotion campaigns, workshops, and webinars to empower employee wellbeing.\n\n * \n\n Maintain and calibrate clinical equipment in line with organisational protocols.\n\nEssential Qualifications:\n\n * \n\n Degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Health Science, or related field.\n\n * \n\n Experience in health promotion, clinical settings, or workplace wellness.\n\n * \n\n Strong skills in health assessments, data interpretation, and behaviour change coaching.\n\nSalary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).\n\nBenefits:\n\n * \n\n 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with tenure).\n\n * \n\n Contributory pension scheme (up to 6%).\n\n * \n\n Life assurance, gym discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, and private health access
