We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation through creative and data-driven campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive inbound leads. Operationalising of an agreed GTM strategy and input on strategy refinement during the year. Optimise website content, SEO, and landing pages to improve search rankings and conversion rates. Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Create compelling content, including blog posts, case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, and videos, tailored to target audiences. Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Maintain and grow our social media presence, engaging with followers and industry stakeholders. Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials and align campaigns with sales objectives. What We’re Looking For: Proven knowledge and experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS in the built environment/sustainability sectors. A self-starter with the experience and passion to grow a startup. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and analytics tools. Experience with HubSpot Exceptional writing and content creation skills, with a passion for storytelling. Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging marketing materials. Data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
