Work closely with line managers and employees, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on a range of HR activities in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management. End to end administrative support to the HR team. This includes processing new starters, change of details and leavers on to the HR database. Ensure that references are obtained and completed for previous employees applying for a new job. Provide general advice to employees and line managers on administrative issues connected with absence, holidays, maternity / paternity and general HR policies and procedures. Provide efficient, effective and accurate support to the HR process by ensuring accurate administration and achievement of deadlines through thorough accuracy and diligence checks. Provide data and reports to the management team as required, including monthly sickness and absence reports. Supporting the HR department in conducting investigations particularly in relation to sickness and timekeeping concerns. Producing probation, investigation and disciplinary outcome letters. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment activities. Oversee the onboarding and induction processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Updating and maintaining the HR Information System data. Producing probation, investigation and disciplinary outcome letters. Provide timely and accurate reports and information to the Company’s benefit providers ensure that all starters, leavers and grade changes are captured. Assist in the implementation of employee engagement and well-being initiatives. Ensure that all new starter documentation is returned and recorded on to the HR database. Provide administrative and generalist support to the HR team as requested. Conduct training sessions for managers and aspiring leaders. Respond to ad hoc HR queries on a day-to-day basis.
