What's the role?
1. Help customers, offering support with empathy and care.
2. Work flexibly during business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-7:30pm; Sat, 9am-5pm).
3. Deliver top-notch customer service while finding the best solutions for both customers and the company.
4. Handle tough situations with resilience and maintain a positive, can-do attitude.
What we're looking for:
1. Customer service experience (contact centre background preferred but not essential).
2. Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
3. Strong listening skills, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
4. An insatiably curious attitude and the confidence to challenge the norm.
