What you’ll do on the daily…
* Give excellent customer service, making sure all SeaSpace visitors are greeted with a positive first impression.
* Stay on top of responsibilities and complete daily tasks bang on time
* Think customer first at all times.
* Check guests in and out if needed.
* Host across swim/gym club and reception.
* Support the café/deli during busy times
* Keep you space in shape, with a clean, tidy working area
* Listen to guest complaints, liaise with the right people to resolve, or escalate to House Manager
What you’ll bring to the table…
* A razor-sharp customer focus
* An eye for prioritising tasks and knack with time management.
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous experience of using property/food & beverage management systems, ideally
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Knowledge of the local area and amenities to help with recommendations.
