To capitalise on its growth potential, we have a number of opportunities for Trainee Insurance Brokers to join an exciting new team. Here, you will benefit from a comprehensive 12-month training & development programme, which will allow you to learn how to sell regulated financial products and exploit the huge earning potential available.
In this business, some of the top earners bring in over £80K per annum, and if you have the right mind-set and dedication, you will be fully supported to achieve this too.
On top of your basic salary, as a Trainee Broker, you will be able to start earning regular bonuses quickly (typically up to £200 per month), and as you progress to dealing with more of the company’s products, you will be able to earn up to £1,500 in additional bonus per month.

We are open to applications from candidates from across a wide range of industries, as full training will be provided. However, it is essential that you have previous sales experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are genuinely hungry to make money. We are looking for people who are strong communicators, naturally curious, and who can identify sales opportunities.

Future opportunities exist here to move into Management, Compliance or Finance, as well as the opportunity to study for professional insurance qualifications to become a regulated Mortgage Adviser.
You’ll work sociable working patterns (9:30am – 6:30pm Mon-Thurs and 9:15am – 3:30pm on a Friday). There is no weekend working required (although you will have the opportunity to work some Saturdays on a voluntary basis, should you want to earn additional income).
The office is based in central Chorley, close to all main public transport links, and there is also free parking available.
The company operates a hybrid-working model, allowing you to work from home a couple of days a week, should you wish (after your induction period, which is typically 3 months).
