Full job description
Responsibilities include:
1. Answering calls - directing patients to the most appropriate clinician or staff member
2. Booking appointments
3. Speaking with external agencies in support of our patient population
4. Processing patient registrations and deductions
5. Processing prescription requests
6. Answering queries from patients and staff over the phone, face to face, and via email
7. Assisting clinical staff/dispensary staff and managers with queries and requests
8. Processing tasks
9. Calling patients
10. Chaperoning during patient appointments where requested
