Upgrading single user subscriptions to multiuser subscriptionsProviding proactive and consultative client support ensuring high retention and net revenue growth within your existing client baseBe the 1st point of contact for any training requirements or customer issuesHunting for new business within existing clients and look to cross sell / up sell additional subscription data licenses to existing accountsAchieving and exceeding sales revenue targetsNegotiating renewal subscriptions with existing clients whilst always looking to grow your existing book of businessAbout YouProven track record in Account Management (min. 2+ years) with experience of the full account management process from renewals to driving new business growth Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targetsTrack record in Subscription based Sales / Data, SAAS or FinTech along with Consulting or Research is preferred and we would also consider Customer Success candidates seeking more commercial responsibilitiesStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent face to face presentation skills and experienceApply now for this Account Manager role.
