The Role
Are you passionate about photography, visual content, and the behind-the-scenes magic of creative campaigns? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our creative team.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their creative production career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You don’t need years of experience, just strong organisation skills, a hands-on attitude, and a genuine interest in content creation, photography, and the fashion or babywear industry.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Producer to support all areas of content production, and you'll take full ownership of flatlay shoots from styling and photography to delivering final assets ensuring our brand is represented consistently and beautifully across channels.
This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in creative production within a growing, purpose-led brand, where your ideas and attention to detail will be valued from day one.
Responsibilities
Pre-Production
* Support planning and logistics for seasonal campaigns, social, and e-commerce shoots.
* Manage and prepare samples for shoots including tracking, packing, returns and coordinate couriers for timely deliveries and collections.
* Help source props, wardrobe, equipment, and other shoot essentials.
* Assist in creating and maintaining production documents such as call sheets, schedules, checklists, and shoot timelines.
* Complete end-to-end child licence applications ahead of shoots involving child talent.
Production
* Attend shoots to assist with setup, breakdown, and on-set logistics.
* Act as a runner on shoot days handling wardrobe changes, props, and talent coordination.
* Ensure samples are camera-ready and help oversee that all required deliverables are captured in line with the creative brief.
* Capture behind-the-scenes content when appropriate.
Flatlay Management
* Fully manage MORI’s flatlay shoots end-to-end.
* Style, photograph, and edit flatlay imagery according to brand guidelines.
* Schedule and prioritise flatlay sessions to meet business needs.
* Manage all props and sample prep required for flatlay work.
* Collaborate with the creative and e-commerce teams to deliver on brief and on time.
* Organise and archive final flatlay assets for cross-team access.
Post-Production
* Organise, rename, and upload files to internal systems.
* Help maintain a structured digital asset archive for cross-functional access.
* Check image assets for colour accuracy and provide clear, concise retouching notes and feedback to post-production when required.
* Liaise with retouchers and studio managers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
* Distribute final assets to relevant teams in collaboration with the Creative Producer.
* Ensure product detail pages (PDPs) feature the most up-to-date imagery and raise content update requests when assets need refreshing.
* Help maintain prop inventory and keep the storage area tidy and organised.
Creative Support
* Support mood board building and creative references, while keeping up to date with fashion photography and the wider creative industry - conducting regular visual research to help inspire and inform upcoming shoots.
* Learn and explore emerging AI tools to support creative workflows.
Requirements
* Reliable, punctual, and flexible, with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck in wherever needed.
* Whether you’ve gained experience through a previous role, internship, or personal project, a background in production or studio support especially within fashion, lifestyle, or babywear is a plus. That said, we welcome entry-level applicants with a strong interest in the industry and a willingness to learn.
* Enthusiastic about working on photoshoots and confident supporting on-set; experience with babies or children is a nice bonus, but not essential.
* Naturally organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of timelines.
* Keen to develop styling and photography skills, particularly with flat lays, and have a good visual eye for composition and branding.
* Curious about how content is managed and delivered, and open to learning about asset management and post-production workflows.
* A great communicator who’s happy working in a team, asking questions, and contributing ideas.
* Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt when things shift or change quickly.
* Passionate about the creative industry whether that’s fashion, retail, photography, or visual storytelling.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a bonus, but not required - we’re happy to help you grow that skill on the job.
Benefits
* The opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, purpose-driven award-winning brand.
* Hybrid working with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office (Ladbroke Grove, London), with additional in-person days required for shoots, studio sessions, or team collaboration as needed.
* 24 days holiday annually + UK bank holidays (prorated)
* Flexible working hours, with core working hours 9am - 4pm
* Early finish on the last Friday of the month
