Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging and informative Psychology lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's educational goals across Key Stages 4 and 5. Assess student progress through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues within the Social Sciences department and wider school community to develop and enhance the Psychology curriculum. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification. Proven experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level, particularly at Key Stages 4 and 5.
