The role: The Active Learning Trust is seeking an experienced and dedicated People Partner / HR professional to join our dynamic People Team. This role offers an opportunity to help shape and deliver an engaging people strategy while providing hand-on support to our academies and driving impactful change across the employee lifecycle. You will report to the Director of People and play a critical role in supporting school leaders across our Trust, primarily in the Ipswich area (which must be a sensible commutable location for you). You’ll provide creative and innovative employee-related solutions working both independently and collaboratively with the rest of the People Team. In addition to offering day-to-day HR support and advice there will be the opportunity to lead and contribute to project work. You will regularly spend time in your allocated academies, but flexible hybrid working arrangements are also available including the option of some home working.
