Description:
Join our team as a Business Consultant, specialising in B2B sales, focusing on selling a comprehensive range of services including SEO, SEM, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, WeChat), Content Creation, Website Development, and Government Grant Solutions. This role requires a proactive sales approach, including cold calling and other strategic means to drive business growth.
* Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
* Location: 1 Grange Rd, Level 7 Orchard Building, Singapore 239693
* Salary: Basic + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Cold Calling:
* Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and other lead generation activities.
* Educate prospects on our range of services and solutions, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
Appointment Setting:
* Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to identify qualified leads and set up appointments with potential prospects.
* Coordinate schedules and logistics to ensure smooth and timely appointments.
Client Relationship Management:
* Establish and nurture relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
* Cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients based on their evolving business requirements.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in key account management preferred.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
