Provide assessment, formulation, and intervention to children and young people with complex mental health needs & learning disabilities. Which may include group work. To deliver evidenced based clinical and psychologically based Interventions, with appropriate Training and supervision and as directed by Clinical lead and clinical Supervisor. Work with both children & families To manage case work under direction of the Clinical Lead. The post holder will work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team ensuring that high quality, individualised care is delivered and that this promotes Recovery and Wellbeing and maximises Independence. Working with Third sector organisations. To provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect and dignity. To incorporate a client centred philosophy and client centred collaborative care. Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the young people and families across pathways, whilst always ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of Service Users and families across pathways which may include working extended and flexible hours over 7 days a week, if on the crisis pathway.
