Liberty Recruitment Group is absolutely delighted to be partnering with our client to gain a People Advisor on a permanent basis. This position is full-time, working Monday to Friday, just north of Petersfield.

Some of your duties will include:
1. Being the first point of contact for the people team
2. Providing support for managers on complex ER matters up to dismissal
3. Assisting with training sessions
4. Developing and reviewing policies and procedures
5. Building and maintaining relationships with managers
You will ideally have experience working in a similar position and be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified. Additionally, you will possess excellent administration and organisational skills, be IT literate, and be able to work well under pressure!
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to GBP36k + GBP1,500 bonus, plus some fantastic benefits, including 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and on-site parking.
