Our client in Filton is looking for a passionate Motor Enthusiast Club Manager to lead the team to deliver an inspirational, continually improving, and consistent customer journey for one of the largest motoring clubs in the UK!
Core Duties:
- Responsible for daily running of all club activities, monitoring our office team & answering questions.
- Management of a growing data base and the need for accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
- Lead the team to complete all daily, weekly, and monthly tasks associated with membership processes.
- Build relationships with key membership groups and volunteers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to develop future experiences for the benefit of our members.

- Ability to prioritize and manage diverse workloads, whilst still maintaining an excellent standard of working.
- A proven leadership track record and the ability to lead effectively.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness to change and the ability to lead teams through change.
- A desire to push boundaries and collaboratively make a difference.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership track record and communication skills.
- Driver’s license (with no more than 6 points)
- Experience with using Office 365 and Xero effectively.
- Weekend work with time in lieu.
