We are looking for 2 x experienced CNC Grinders to work within a busy aerospace company in Rugby. This is a fixed day shift working 6am - 6pm on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

You will be working with metallic items, grinding to tight tolerances, using precision measuring instruments, quality checking and working with production targets.

It's a clean, modern factory working with a close-knit team environment.

It's also a full time, temp 2 perm role that will convert to a permanent contract within less than 10 weeks.

To be considered: your CV must show CNC grinding work with metallic, you need to be local to Rugby, able to work this shift pattern, have a solid CV showing commitment and be an outgoing, friendly person.
