To provide Estimating and Subcontract control support to projects for the Bilfinger business Main Responsibilities • Clear backlog of Measures (convert to invoice) • Gather documents from internal stakeholder (missing items) • Compile final measure package and submit to Customer • Respond to and resolve queries received from Customer • Convert final valuation to invoice • Subcontract Management (i.e. PWHT) • Prepare document packages and issue to Subcontractor for pricing • Prepare budget, issue to Customer and obtain approval • Issue instruction to Subcontractors • Ensure robust Change management throughout execution phase, raise TQ’s as necessary • Expedite receipt of final measures and QA documents • Compile final measure package and submit to Customer • Respond to and resolve queries received from Customer • Convert final valuation to invoice Experience & Qualifications Essential • Either engineering or commercial qualification Desirable • Degree (Engineering, Quantity Surveying, IT, or equivalent) If you wish to speak to a member of the recruitment team, please contact 01224 246246.
