We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant on a temporary basis covering up to 8 weeks based close to Nottingham City Centre. This role is working within the finance team, where you will be responsible for looking after the end to end process.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing weekly and monthly paid staff
2. Inputting timesheets
3. Manual calculations
4. Looking after pension contributions, along with any deductions
5. Generating new starter information
6. Producing payslips, P45’s etc.
7. Dealing with any queries
Ideal Candidate:
1. Must have previous payroll experience
2. Able to communicate at all levels
3. IT Literate ideally with a good working knowledge of Sage
4. Team player
5. Able to work to deadlines
