Elior are on the hunt for a L&D Talent Business Partner to take a consultative and customized approach to all L&D activities within assigned client groups, whilst also supporting the overall execution of the UK L&D Strategic Plan and the UK & Group HR Plan.
We are looking for someone to embrace a genuinely consultative method that focuses on people development, promoting, supporting, and implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and growth throughout the organization.
What you'll be doing...
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and drive a transitional LMS project, ensuring deadlines and criteria are met.
* After implementation, support client groups in identifying learning needs within the business area.
* Coach and upskill Line Managers & Operators to handle people development confidently.
* Engage operators to integrate people development initiatives into the business strategy.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to implement measurable activities focused on technology, training, competencies, and impact.
* Partner with HR and Resourcing to support the People Vision of empowered employees delivering exceptional service.
* Contribute to L&D strategic goals through cross-functional projects.
* Advise on people development aspects during the sales tender process.
* Support Academy training, talent management, and succession planning.
You will collaborate with Operators to identify learning needs and deliver tailored development solutions. Managing development plans to support employee growth and ensuring timely project delivery will be key aspects of your role. Work closely with HR to align initiatives with business goals and establish key focus areas for each client group. Additionally, lead Academy events and promote people development at Operations Meetings to drive business success.

Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in LMS implementation and transition management
* Background as an L&D Business Partner managing internal clients
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Experience in content design and delivery (CIPD qualification preferred)
* Adaptable communication style, focused on delivering excellent customer service
* Highly organized, able to work efficiently with strong Microsoft Office and project management skills
* Team player with a flexible and positive approach
* Warm, friendly, and authentic demeanor
