An opportunity has arisen for a 2 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Manchester law firm with a strong reputation in the commercial property market. This role is ideal for someone looking to specialise in Landlord & Tenant matters while still gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial property work. You’ll be joining a firm known for its high-quality work, strong client relationships and supportive team environment. The Role: Handling a range of landlord & tenant work, including lease negotiations, lease renewals, licences and asset management for landlords and tenants Supporting clients on investment property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management Advising on property aspects of corporate transactions and secured lending work Working closely with partners and Senior Solicitors, while also having the autonomy to run your own matters Engaging directly with clients, including SMEs, property investors and high-net-worth individuals About you: A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial property Experience in landlord & tenant matters is desirable A solid grounding in wider commercial property transactions Strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting client relationships A proactive, commercially minded approach to work What’s On Offer?
