We are currently recruiting for a General Retail Implementation Co-ordinator to support the planning and delivery of our GM store refresh programme, working with property and other key stakeholders to ensure the change lands right first time. Working in partnership with retail to ensure standards of implementation are maintained, to improve the shopping experience and grow sales in line with the business plan.

* To deliver the implementation of each individual store plan across our GM refresh proposition
* Deliver to the critical path, and hold stakeholders to account for on-time delivery
* Communication with central trading teams on supply, markdowns & modulars
* Identify and escalate risks throughout project to keep on track and deliver to deadlines
* On site working at key moments within the critical path throughout each GM store refresh
* To influence and communicate at all levels of the business, to deliver the change, including store managers during and post change to ensure improvement through a ‘better together’ approach
* Deliver the model store standard on visual merchandising for opening of each scheme
* Working alongside store team to upskill and maintain store standards post refresh launch
* Review lessons learnt on each scheme and feedback to improve process
* Required to be up to date with current thinking within space, layout and VM to ensure each store change represents current business model

* Retail experience within the non-food markets
* Good organisational skills to manage each implementation
* Outstanding attention to detail in planning, communication and engagement
* Ability to develop and maintain cross functional stakeholder relationships
* Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, quickly and effectively to agreed deadlines, both independently and as part of a team
* Visual flair within Home and General Merchandise retailing
* You will be agile and an effective decision maker, willing to move and learn fast
