The Role :
We are looking for a passionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to work at a well regarded SEN School based in Cambridge. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with various learning difficulties or disabilities. You will be responsible for creating and implementing Individualised Education Plans tailored to each student's needs. You will also be responsible for implementing behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional growth.

Requirements:
1. Eligibility to work in the UK.
2. DBS (or the willingness to apply)
3. Plan, prepare and teach a range of engaging lessons to enable SEN students with varying abilities to progress through the curriculum
4. Be an outstanding and innovative classroom practitioner who can lead and enthuse students
5. Reflect a passion for learning and drive ambition for every student in the classroom
6. Creative & fresh approaches to teaching as well as being flexible and adaptable
Role Includes:
7. UK recognised teaching qualification (QTS or PGCE equivalent)
8. Experience teaching SEN children
9. A genuine desire to become part of a committed team
