Key Responsibilities:
* Manage claims from initial notification to resolution, ensuring thorough investigation and appropriate responses.
* Negotiate settlements within delegated authority, balancing efficiency and fairness.
* Maintain accurate case records on the electronic case management system.
* Report regularly to insurers and ensure adherence to both internal and insurer KPIs and SLAs.
* Proactively manage a caseload to avoid litigation and ensure effective resolutions.
* Identify and report potential risks, supporting the Head of Claims with insights on trends.
* Build strong relationships with insured professionals, insurers, and suppliers.
