Job Description
Personal Assistant to Senior Leadership Team | East London | Full Time - 9am-5pm, with flexible working arrangements available | £30,000 - £35,000, based on experience
Since our founding in 2003, Finefair has partnered with landlords and investors to achieve consistent, guaranteed rental returns, ultimately boosting the value of their property portfolios. From single apartments to entire estates, we manage a wide range of properties, ensuring exceptional service and results for each.
Now, we’re excited to welcome a Personal Assistant to join our ambitious, rapidly growing investment firm in East London. In this key role, you’ll work directly with our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), keeping them organised, focused, and empowered to drive forward our strategic goals. Not only this, you will work across other business ventures such as commercial and residential property development, investment projects and assistance with charity projects.
If you’re a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with a knack for anticipating needs and taking initiative, we’d love to meet you! This is more than an administrative role—you’ll be a vital contributor to our team’s success, ensuring that operations run seamlessly and that the SLT can focus on what matters most. We’re looking for someone who’s not only highly organised and tech-savvy but also proactive and communicative.
If you’re ready for a role where you can make a real impact, this might be your next opportunity.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Minimum 1 year of PA experience, ideally supporting senior leaders
* Minimum Grade B (5-6) in GCSE English and Maths; a degree with a minimum 2:1 is preferred
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient IT skills, with an aptitude for learning new tools quickly
* Friendly, adaptable, and resilient with excellent interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, able to prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
What will your role look like?
As the right hand to our SLT, you’ll be a go-to contact, managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks that are vital to our daily success. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, requiring independence, confidentiality, and superior organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary & Correspondence Management: Seamlessly manage diaries, correspondence, and communications on behalf of the SLT, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and ensuring issues are resolved swiftly and confidentially
* Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, away days, and events, including preparing agendas and documentation, and taking accurate minutes
* Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all travel for the SLT, ensuring efficient scheduling and preparation for external engagements
* Document Management: Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems in line with data protection policies
* Project Facilitation: Take the lead or assist with special projects as they arise, ensuring timely and effective completion
What can you expect in return?
* Work from our East London office on SLT presence days, with options for remote flexibility
* Be a pivotal part of our expansion, with future opportunities to grow alongside us
