Due to the strict security requirements, candidates must be a UK National and will need to progress through security clearance. You’ll be responsible for: PCM for sub-project within AFS covering cost, risk, schedule, change management and reporting within an integrated project team environment. Providing support to the project manager on all things project controls related. Attending key project meetings to capture decisions and actions. Following up with those responsible to ensure actions are carried out. Organising key meetings aligned to the project drumbeat. Supporting the facilitation of meetings. Maintaining the project calendar. Providing process and technical support to the AFS project controls lead in terms of reporting and insure alignment with wider PMO governance processes. Liaising with project manager, integration director and project controls manager. Recommends continuous improvement opportunities within reporting. Support to project controls manager as required. You’ll need to have: A technical degree or equivalent experience and ideally have an APC Ideally a Six Signa, PRINCE II or lean project delivery practitioner. Relevant experience in project management or a project controls environment. Knowledge of tools & software used for reporting. Understanding of data management. Knowledge of change and baseline management. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to validate and check inputs. Maintain trackers. Provide basic commentary for reports. Experience of construction, nuclear or high secure sectors desirable. Experience of NEC contracts is also desirable. Experience of integrating multiple stakeholders and supply chain entities.
