Sales Advisor/Customer Service Advisor
Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a fantastic client in the Mansfield area who are looking to expand their team with a Sales/Customer Service Advisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sales/Customer Service Advisor to join an established team and would suit an individual with previous Sales or Customer Service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering the telephone to customers and dealing with their enquiries and questions.
* Dealing with customer returns and refunds, feeding back complaints to Line Manager.
* Ensuring urgent orders are dispatched on time.
* Coming up with ideas to improve sales in a proactive manner.
* Increasing sales and monitoring those sales on a weekly basis.
* Serving customers over the counter.
* Answering queries and questions.
* Ensuring priorities are dealt with in the required order and being flexible when they change.
* Improving customer experience and satisfaction whenever possible.
* Display a confident telephone manner.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Must be willing to work one in two Saturdays on overtime.
* Confident face-to-face with customers.
* Confident over the phone.
* You will be confident in your knowledge and ability to upsell products and services.
* Be positive, with a can-do attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: GBP27,750.00-GBP30,750.00 per year
