You’ll work within the Group Transformation function as a member of the Enterprise PMO management team. The role will work across the Group Transformation change portfolio to deliver full lifecycle governance, assurance and support services. The PMO Manager will manage the Enterprise PMO team to effectively operate the PMO service catalogue to increase the maturity of programme and project delivery and controls within Group Transformation and across JD overall.
You’ll be a key role model and lead a team of PMO Analysts to work closely with Group Transformation project and programme teams through the full delivery lifecycle to implement effective PMO services to enhance delivery success!

2. Location – Bury, BL9 8RR
3. Working rota – Monday to Friday, 12 month fixed term contract
4. Working hours – 40hrs per week
What you'll be doing:
5. Work closely with the Enterprise PMO Director and other EPMO leadership colleagues to implement the Enterprise PMO strategy, services and deliverables
6. Operate the programme and project management frameworks and standards to deliver an effective PMO Service Catalogue
7. Manage assurance processes to support effective change delivery across programmes and projects
8. Work alongside delivery teams from Group Transformation and across the wider business to provide independent assurance on change activities highlighting areas of concern and intervention points
9. Work with delivery teams to ensure all risks and issues are managed effectively providing guidance as required to help mature practices, enabling risk themes to be captured across the portfolio
What we're looking for:
10. 3+ years PMO Management experience
11. Experience in the ongoing development of governance and assurance processes across programmes and projects
12. Experience in implementing project and change management methodologies and approaches in waterfall and agile environments
13. Experience in identifying and implementing improvements in programme and project planning to drive critical path, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements and forecast
14. Experience in supporting improvements in effective reporting framework to demonstrate assurance against delivery success
