We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong understanding of financial processes and experience with Sage and Xero, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing financial records and ensuring the accuracy of accounts payable.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounts up to trial balance
Manage accounts payable, including invoice verification and payment processing
Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with company policies
Use Sage and Xero to track expenses and manage financial data
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Process supplier invoices, receipts, and payments
Perform bank reconciliations
Maintain personnel files and run monthly payroll
Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns
Conduct regular audits of financial records
Provide administrative support to the finance team
