Senior Culture & Inclusion Manager – Global Law Firm
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
We’re working with a leading international law firm to find a passionate and experienced Senior Culture & Inclusion Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a genuine commitment to building an inclusive, values-led culture where every individual can thrive.
This role sits within the People team and you will work closely with senior leadership, including the Head of People and the Partner Lead for Inclusion & Diversity, to design and drive high-impact cultural and inclusion initiatives across the business.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic and hands-on position where you’ll shape the firm’s Inclusion and Diversity approach, ensuring it is both innovative and impactful. You’ll bring a strong understanding of best practices in diversity, inclusion and belonging, and use data and insight to guide decision-making and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll be at the heart of embedding culture, values and inclusive leadership across the firm, supporting internal networks, leading external engagement initiatives, and ensuring governance and compliance across all areas of I&D.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and align a cohesive I&D strategy, consolidating current initiatives under one impactful framework.
* Act as the firm’s subject matter expert on diversity, equity and inclusion.
* Analyse programme effectiveness and ensure delivery of firm-wide KPIs.
* Oversee risk, governance and regulatory requirements, including Law Society and SRA reporting.
Employee Networks & Engagement
* Support employee networks and manage key awareness days and events.
* Champion intersectionality and budget oversight across network-led initiatives.
* Collaborate on internal surveys and values-led engagement programmes.
Communications & Brand
* Work with the marketing team to effectively communicate the firm’s I&D efforts both internally and externally.
* Position the firm as an employer of choice through storytelling and strategic communications.
Data, Reporting & Project Management
* Lead on diversity data reporting, including the Gender Pay Gap report and external benchmarking submissions.
* Use data and metrics to provide insight and guide continuous improvement.
* Drive project management for key People & Culture initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Coach and support leaders in inclusive leadership behaviours and accountability.
* Partner with HR, Talent, and Business Development to embed I&D into recruitment, promotions, and client relationships.
* Manage the I&D budget and collaborate on cross-firm industry initiatives.
About You
* Experience in a diversity and inclusion or HR Projects role, ideally within a law firm
* Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic programmes with measurable impact.
* Commercially astute, with experience aligning I&D work with broader business objectives.
* Strong communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
* Analytical and detail-driven, with experience managing complex reporting and benchmarking processes.
* Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative with excellent project management skills.
* Values-led and passionate about driving cultural change in a fast-paced, ambitious firm.
