The team recently toured this facility and felt it was well laid out, organised and with good processes in place and you will have undoubtedly seen their products or tasted them. They have a very strong people focus and dedicated to sustainable production and you cannot fail to be impressed when you see how their product is produced and the range they ship in huge volumes.
Your new role
As Maintenance Manager you drive efficiency in everyday maintenance. This is an on the tools' role-leading 2 other engineers in multi-skilled maintenance service and improving efficiencies. You report directly to Operations on downtime, budget, CAPEX and give advice on how engineering can support future product introductions.
What you'll need to succeed
Multi-skilled maintenance experience would be essential and ability to lead and communicate with people at all levels.
What you'll get in return
This is a great team and a very pleasant working environment. You will be paid £50,000 plus the potential to earn a 10% bonus, which is realistic. The hours of work are 7.30am to 4.30pm and the current manager will confirm he is rarely required outside of this. The annual leave is 33 days.
