Your Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative/CNC Setter, your key duties will include:
Operating CNC machines to produce high-precision parts at scale
Conducting quality checks using advanced measuring tools
Following health and safety procedures diligently
Collaborating with your team to innovate and improve processes
Participating in training to enhance your own and your team's expertise
What You Bring:
We are looking for candidates with the following:
Essential:
Knowledge of machine tools and metric dimensions
Strong attention to detail and excellent near vision
Ability to work with precise measurements within +/- 5 microns
A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skillsDesirable:
Previous experience in machining or a similar role (advantageous, but full training is provided)

Please note: This is a day shift position with a 6 - 6 shift pattern, working 12-hour shifts. The first week consists of 5 nights, followed by 2 nights in the second week.
