Our client is looking to appoint a Employment Solicitor to join their highly rated practice in Leeds. You will work as part of a large Employment team but with this role the requirement is that you will deal predominately with charities and third sector clients across the UK.

Description
The Employment Solicitor will pick up a range of work including;
* Dealing with contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Advising charities and third sector clients across the UK
* Maintaining client relationships.
* Actively participating in business development and networking activities.
* Preparing and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
* Representing clients in employment tribunals and negotiations.
* Staying updated with changes in employment law and informing clients accordingly.
* Training and upskilling clients.
* Working with junior team members
Profile
The successful Employment Solicitor should have:
* A track record in respondent Employment matters.
* Likely to have around 6 years plus PQE.
* Knowledge of the charities sector.
* Strong understanding and knowledge of employment law.
* Ties to Leeds.
Job Offer
* An estimated salary range of £68,000 - £78,000 GBP per annum.
* Firm wide bonus.
