We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a permanent HR Coordinator.
This will be a full-time position based in Halesowen, with 5 days on-site and an annual salary of £29,500.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration.
Assisting with employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance and absence and deputising for the HR Advisor in their absence
Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes
Working with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices and training plans to ensure efficient completion
Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system along with any other data systems
Assisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, induction packs
Supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training
Assisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system
Served as a point of contact for all general HR related queries
