Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: From £90 per day
Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Ealing. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of individualized education plans (IEPs).
* Support students with special educational needs in both one-on-one and group settings.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Assist with classroom management and organization.
Qualifications:
* Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting student development.
* Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
