Compliance Administrator As a family-owned business our client pride themselves on their inclusive environments that drive fun, wellbeing, and high performance across all that they do Our client is passionate about making the construction industry the career of choice Purpose: To support the Compliance Team with general fleet administrative support You will report into the Compliance Manager Focus areas of the role: The success of the role will be measured against the effective implementation of the following focus areas: Ensuring Driver documentation is loaded and updated Manage and Record PCNs and fines Record driver training Report fuel and mileage use Raise purchase orders for maintenance work Liaise with the Compliance Manager to ensure maintenance is recorded Liaise with tracker company to ensure cameras and tracking kit is working at all times Check through monthly vehicle excise duty to ensure vehicles are road legal Assist with producing telematics reports Run monthly reports on Dart Charge/London Lorry Zone and tracker audits Register sold vehicles with DVLA and archive documentation Success enablers: To be successful in this role you will need the following skills, behaviours, and abilities: Team Player Drive, organised and focused individual Exceptional organisational skills Meet strict deadlines Attention to detailEducation & Qualifications/Experience Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Basic knowledge of vehicle legislation Hours are 8-5.30 Monday to Friday Forward Assist Recruitment is operating as an employment agency.
