This is an important but challenging role to work as the right-hand to a prominent figure, to support the Principal and Non-Executive Chairperson with the smooth running of the organisation and the successful achievement of strategic objectives.
Hours:- Full-time, with frequent requirement to work beyond standard office hours

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Support the Principal in the achievement of the strategic objectives of the organization, ensuring they are aligned to its mission and values.
* Support the Principal with her philanthropic activities, business fashion events and management of the family properties, both in the UK and overseas.
* Support the Principal with the management of her social media profile and associated PR activities.
* Work with the management team to establish goals that support the strategic objectives of the organization. Revisit on a regular basis and evaluate progress to support establishing a culture of a high-performance meritocracy.
* Support the Principal to maximize her time and that of her team.
* Support the Principal and the team with last minutes changes and request. Promote a spirit of understanding around the need for flexibility within the organisation.
* Empower the team to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently. Support the Principal building a culture of trust
* Promote the correct balance between visibility and accessibility between the Principal and the team.
* Garner authority by establishing genuine relationships, which demonstrate care for others.
* Encourage and support teamwork within the organization. Build bridges within the team when needed. Focus the team on their common goal rather than their differences.
* Demonstrate and instill human values within the organization,
* Complement the Principal. Operate as a whole.
* Support the Principal by offering a point of view when decisions are being made or considered, to ensure a balanced perspective is achieved.
* Ensure successes within the organization are recognized at all levels and celebrated.
* Oversee the Management for the organization. Support and coach local HR personnel to ensure consistent HR practices from recruitment, onboarding, training, appraisals, disciplinary, employee relations, organisational structures etc.
* Increase the quality of talent acquisition and retention.
* Support and coach the House Managers, to ensure consistency in high level service delivery in the family homes and offices around the world.
* Travel with the principal when requested.
* Being available to the principal (24/7)
* Any other reasonable requests from the Principal.

* Flexible to work long hours as necessary
