Working within my client's busy Customer Care department, this role will manage customer service activities, handle enquiries, and resolve issues efficiently. Your role will involve:
1. Ensuring all calls received into the Department are answered professionally, logging issues appropriately.
2. Coordinating a number of services and contacts together ensuring requests are carried out.
3. Communicating with the Head of Customer Care/Customer Care Manager to ensure calls are being followed up and dealt with by the appropriate personnel.
4. Maintaining the Customer Care monitor.
5. Checking invoices and forwarding for payment. Being part of the customer service contra-charge process. Being ‘cost aware’ at all times.
6. Liaising with the Buying department.
7. Ensuring queries are reported to the relevant departments on a daily basis and completed within timescales.
8. Liaising with Sales Teams to ensure customer queries are answered.
9. Booking appointments for services and contacts to deal with queries.
10. Carrying out any other reasonable tasks in accordance with operational needs as requested by your managers.

2. Strong multi-tasking abilities
3. Proficient in MS Office
4. Previous Customer Service or Administration experience
5. Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
6. Ability to work on own initiative
