Job description - Graduate Recruiter
You will work in our Sales team initially as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. From the outset, you will be responsible for supporting our candidate network; from managing candidate applications and screening CVs to interviewing candidates and providing feedback. Your day-to-day will involve supporting our team of Consultants by speaking with a wide array of candidates over the phone in order to ensure there is a suitable talent pipeline in place for our vacancies. This role is phone-based and you will need to be a confident communicator and motivated by daily goals and KPIs.
This role is just the start of your journey at Give a Grad a Go! The Graduate Recruitment Consultant position is a training role where you can first start to build your confidence and skillset and, after completing this role, you will be promoted to a fully-fledged Recruitment Consultant where you will be responsible for managing your own candidate and client base. The step-up to a Recruitment Consultant will come with increased responsibility where you will be in charge of the full 360 recruitment cycle – from shortlisting candidates and managing your candidate network to developing and growing your client base. There is plenty of room for progression and you will have clear goals to hit to reach further promotions to Senior Consultant, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and beyond!
If you like the idea of managing and developing client relationships, helping graduates start their career, whilst learning the core skills to becoming a high-achieving sales professional, then this is a great opportunity for you.
