HR Administrator
Salary: £26,000
Hours of Work: Hybrid working with a minimum of four days in the office per week.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Maintain employee data in the HR Information System, complying with Data Protection Act & GDPR guidelines.
2. Compile and maintain digital and electronic employee records, including holiday and sickness leaves.
3. Assist with all recruitment processes, including job adverts, candidate communication, and managing the Applicant Tracking System.
4. Coordinate the onboarding process, including contract production, referencing, and right-to-work checks.
5. Manage the offboarding process, including end-of-employment letters and coordinating leaver tasks.
6. Edit and generate standard and relevant HR letters and paperwork.
7. Assist with documenting employee compensation and benefits.
8. Develop HR administrative processes and procedures.
9. Support internal and external inquiries related to the HR department.
10. Note-taking during formal disciplinary, grievance, or appeal meetings.
11. Oversee HR events and meetings, internal newsletters, and manager-employee communications.
Requirements
1. Proven administration experience within an HR/People department.
2. Evidence of continued professional development.
3. CIPD Level 3.
4. Proficient in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems.
5. Understanding of GDPR and employment law.
