We are looking for Physiotherapists to join our band 5 rotation working in friendly teams that are based across the North East Derbyshire and Chesterfield locality, within North Derbyshire.
You will rotate every 6 months between the in-patient community hospital, community rehab and MSK and Neurological out-patient physiotherapy teams.
This post is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified physiotherapist to develop their skills and knowledge working within supportive environments.
You will need to have a BSc/Diploma in physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC or an undergraduate student nearing course completion.
As the post will require some working in the community and the need to be able to work from different bases you will need access to transport.
Some of the teams operate over a 7-day service.
If you can demonstrate good communication skills, have the ability to plan and organise, competent, evidence based clinical care delivery we want to hear from you.

To deliver high-quality physiotherapy treatments to adults with a complex variety of conditions working across a variety of community care / rotational settings within the North east Derbyshire and Chesterfield localities.
To undertake assessments of adults who are referred to the Integrated Care Teams and services requiring physiotherapy input and to be able to adapt to ever changing patient and service needs.
To be an integral member of the Integrated Care Team (ICT) delivering high quality, multi-disciplinary health and wellbeing interventions.
To be an active member of the wider Physiotherapy workforce of Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust and willing to work wherever the service requires.
To be responsible for maintaining competency to practice through maintenance of professional registration, Continuous Professional Development activities and main a portfolio which reflects personal and professional development and evidence of learning beyond registration.
