As Head Housekeeper you will ensure that the housekeeping department operates on a day-to-day basis ensuring that guests have an exceptional level of service when they are staying. You will be responsible for staff rotas, stock control and orders, as well as dealing with any issues arising during service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role, designing and developing your own service flow to ensure its operational success.
1. Run the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all staff members are looked after and are working well as a team
2. Set and maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across the site
3. Ensure that guests receive an exceptional level of service throughout their stay.
4. Help establish and promote health and safety and COSHH procedures for chemicals and general occupational hazards
Package
5. Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
6. Opportunities to achieve a 10% bonus with agreed KPI’s
7. 37.5 hour working week

What’s involved?
Our client is building something special; a Luxury Wellness Resort spanning one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, boasting their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As Head Housekeeper you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests are looked after, maintaining, and promoting high levels of hygiene and cleanliness. You will be responsible for organising staff rotas, stock control and hazard identification and prevention.
The role will allow you develop and design your own service flow, really giving you the chance to put your own stamp on the department to ensure it operates well and provides guests with a truly unforgettable experience. This will be a great next step for an experienced Head Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper to step up and take charge as a Head of Department (HOD).
