Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Accounts & Administration professional for our client based in North Lanarkshire.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Director, this is a varied role covering accounts, purchasing, customer service, and general administrative support within a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage purchase and sales ledger and carry out credit control tasks.
* Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability.
* Book in materials and update records accordingly.
* Handle customer service queries and process purchase orders.
* Manage reception duties, including answering calls and handling enquiries.
* Provide administrative support to the production team and directors.
Skills & Experience
* Accounts experience is essential, particularly in purchase and sales ledger.
* Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Offering
* Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE.
* Working hours: 39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 12:30pm.
* 28 days holiday, including Christmas & New Year shutdown.
