You will analyse credit applications and be responsible for identifying risks and providing a recommendation on specific proposals. You will be involved with structuring and negotiating loan conditions, providing support in the documentation of loan agreements and reducing risks to the bank.
To be considered for this role you will have experience working with SME lending, within a credit department, with a strong risk mindset and the ability to appropriately assess the credit risk of third parties. Knowledge of property development finance would be very beneficial coming in to this role.
