Learning Support Assistants required in Camden. £95-105 per day.

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support primary students with special educational needs (SEN) in primary schools in the borough of Camden, with positions starting as soon as possible. These are full-time roles, term-time only, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Ideal candidates will have experience working with students with SEN or possess knowledge of learning difficulties through personal experience and/or academic studies.
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be:
1. Supporting SEN pupils often on a one-to-one basis.
2. Encouraging students to engage proactively with their learning and, depending on their individual needs, helping them with their social and emotional skills.
3. Responsible for helping to provide a safe environment for the pupils.
4. Assisting the teacher with their general learning and development and working with the teacher to monitor their progress.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have a DBS on the update service. If you do not have one, you will need to apply for one, which you can do through Veritas.
