Administrator / PA Luton Permanent Salary: £25,000 Per Annum Our well-established client within the construction industry are seeking an experienced and organised Administrator / PA to a join their busy team based in Luton. This role is essential to ensure the smooth operation of projects and the efficient coordination of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will provide valuable assistance to the management team, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities. Duties: Administrative Support & Document Control: Manage and organise project documents Maintain and update project files and records Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls Act as a point of contact between the construction team and clients Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the team Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the team Maintain an organised and efficient office environment Order and manage office supplies, equipment and materials Relay messages, instructions, and information accurately and promptly Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Order materials to site Order plant to site PA Support: Provide diary management support to the management team Arrange travel logistics, including accommodation and transportation Maintain and manage the management team's schedules Coordinate and prioritizeappointments, meetings, and deadlines Proactively address scheduling conflicts and make necessary adjustments Support the management team with all administrative tasks required Required Skills: Previous experience of the construction industry (desirable) Ability to work on own initiative Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organisationaland time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality Working Hours: Monday Friday 8am 4pm
