What you'll do:
* Respond to applicant queries via email and telephone following relevant policies and procedures;
* Communicate professionally with clients by telephone and email;
* Maintain and update information on the recruitment database and manage correspondence with candidates;
* Support candidate onboarding through processing ID, qualification, security checks, and issuing job offers;
* Assist in administering recruitment campaigns by preparing and managing relevant documentation;
* Provide administrative support across multiple client sites for interviews and assessment centers;
* Offer input and feedback on resourcing matters to management;
* Ensure timely and effective completion of administrative tasks to meet SLAs;
* Proactively identify areas for process and service improvement;
* Support line managers as points of contact with clients and candidates.
About you:
* Customer service experience
* Knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
* Interest in building a career in recruitment/HR
