The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Job roles and responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including client acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for senior-level roles.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities by fostering strong relationships with clients.
* Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, organizational culture, and business goals.
* Proactively source, headhunt, and build talent pipelines using databases, head hunting tools, referrals and networking.
* Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates to client requirements.
* Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and ensuring a positive experience.
* Prepare and deliver performance reports to demonstrate recruitment results and pipeline status.
Skills and qualifications required:
* Minimum 3-5 years of 180-degree recruitment experience, preferably within an executive search or professional services environment.
* Advanced sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social media recruiting, and talent mapping.
* Strong client acquisition, account management, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, with a consultative and professional approach.
* A results-driven attitude with the ability to exceed targets and KPIs.
