A DAY IN THE LIFE
As our Product & Social Brand Manager, you'll be driving growth and engagement.
Your typical day might involve:
1. Product Portfolio Management: Overseeing the product portfolio, analyzing performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and contributing to new product development and lifecycle management.
2. Manage Product and Category Performance: Analyze market trends and competitor activity using tools like Nielsen/Boots IRI.
3. Creative Campaign Development: Conceptualizing and developing innovative, boundary-pushing campaigns that capture consumer attention and drive brand love across various platforms.
4. Manage Media Strategy: Partner with media agencies to develop effective media plans across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and budget.
5. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across DMI and Zone teams, ensuring alignment on brand strategy and initiatives.
6. Understand the Consumer: Collaborate with creative agencies to develop insight-led content and campaigns.
7. Lead Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns that amplify brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive conversions. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Collaborate with the Love Advocacy team and Influencer Agency.
8. Manage Brand Budget and P&L: Own the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget and contribute to the overall brand P&L. Focus on driving sustainable growth by managing Gross Margin and REX targets.

Strong analytical and numerical skills: You are comfortable working with data and can analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: You can effectively communicate brand strategy and performance to various stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and prioritization skills: You can effectively negotiate with partners and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Degree-educated with relevant experience: You have a bachelor's degree and proven experience in a similar brand management and social media role.
Experience with paid influencer strategy: You have a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful paid influencer campaigns.
